As a natural product, Shungite contains variations in colour, veining, and shading. It is common for Shungite to contain inclusions, pits, or fissures due to its geological formation. Some customers may think these are scratches, but this is not the case. This is not a scratch or a product fault, but rather a sign of authenticity.
