We use Australia Post and generally ship the next day of receiving the order.
Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure the shipping address is correct. Shungite Masters is not responsible for shipping addresses supplied being incorrect.
We offer shipping to New Zealand and internationally with Australia Post standard international. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping.

We guarantee our products as genuine and stand behind them. We offer a full money back guarantee on products that you are not satisfied with. You must notify us via email as soon as you receive the product stating the reason for requesting a refund. Changing your mind, ordering the wrong product or finding a product cheaper does not constitute a reason for requesting a refund. The products must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. The products must be returned in as new condition for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
All products are natural and may come with inclusions and/or colour variations. These are not faults with the product as they are naturally occurring.
We will process a refund (less postage and fees) once we receive the items and have confirmed that they are still in original condition.
We pack our products carefully, so in the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately upon unpacking the goods with photos of damaged packaging and or items at [email protected]
