SHIPPING POLICY
We use Australia Post and generally ship the next day of receiving the order.
Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure the shipping address is correct. Shungite Masters is not responsible for shipping addresses supplied being incorrect.
We offer shipping to New Zealand and internationally with Australia Post standard international. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee our products as genuine. You must notify us via email as soon as you receive the product stating the reason for requesting a refund. Changing your mind, ordering the wrong product or finding a product cheaper does not constitute a reason for requesting a refund. Please note that we have a strict 14-day return policy, no exceptions. The products must be returned in as new condition for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
All products are natural and may come with inclusions and/or colour variations or streaks of quartz (not scratches). Unpolished and engraved items will sometimes prominently show these veins. These are not faults or scratches. We do not send send faulty or scratched items.
Inclusions, colour variations and/or veins of quartz are naturally occurring. These are not faults with the product and do not constitute a reason for refund.
We will process a refund (less postage and bank fees charged to us) once we receive the items and have confirmed that they are still in original condition.
We pack our products carefully, so in the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately upon unpacking the goods with photos of damaged packaging and or items at info@shungitemasters.com.au
All products are guaranteed for 6 months.
