We are passionate about connecting our customers with real Shungite products. Some of our customers have advised us that they were very hesitant about buying Shungite online, as they were not sure about its authenticity. Fair enough, I have seen some people buying items online at a price “too good to be true”. Unfortunately, it usually is too good to be true and it is either a fake or something not as described.
In our shop, we try to be as transparent as possible, describing the items in detail and giving dimensions and weight (where possible) so that you, our customer, can be assured that what you are purchasing is in fact what you are going to get. We also have detailed in our blog a way for you to test your Shungite to ensure that it is genuine.
We know we are sourcing authentic products, that is why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are not happy with your product.
